Volunteers

Volunteering on a businessdynamics school programme

Can you remember what it was like when you were still at school? Did you know what career you wanted or what it was like at work?

Here’s your chance to share your experience of the world of work – the highs and lows – and inspire young people.

“I feel I have a better understanding of business…I have benefited by learning how to take an idea and produce a business plan” Paul, aged 16

The students that businessdynamics works with across Great Britain, particularly those who are affected by social and economic exclusion, have little or no access to the information and skills required to prepare them for the world of work.

businessdynamics is looking for volunteers like you to go into the classrooms as role models – Seminar Leaders – and inspire students like Paul.

Each Seminar Leader talks about their expertise and role within their company in relation to the seminar topic. The Seminar Leader also runs a business exercise based on that topic, to facilitate student participation and learning.
